PihuNotes accepts payments only through online methods to ensure secure and efficient transactions. We support the following payment options:

  • Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking (All major banks supported)
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Digital Wallets (PayTM, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways to protect your financial information.

Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality service. If you experience any service disruption or issues caused by our platform, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Service disruption or technical issues caused by PihuNotes platform
  • Inability to access core features due to system failures on our end
  • Significant downtime affecting your interview analysis capabilities

Refund Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for user-related issues, internet connectivity problems, or changes in subscription preferences after successful service delivery.

Billing and Subscription

  • All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Free trial periods do not require payment information upfront

Security and Privacy

  • We do not store your payment information on our servers
  • All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology
  • Payment data is handled by certified payment processors only
  • We comply with PCI DSS standards for payment security
