PihuNotes is an AI-powered interview assistant that provides real-time transcription, candidate analysis, and interview insights. Our service includes:

• Real-time interview transcription
• AI-powered candidate skill detection
• Interview summary generation
• Browser extension for video conferencing platforms
• Dashboard for managing interview data

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

PihuNotes offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Starter Plan: ₹2,999 / $39 per month for small teams
• Growth Plan: ₹8,999 / $99 per month for growing teams
• Enterprise Plan: ₹18,999+ / $199+ per month with advanced features

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PihuNotes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PihuNotes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
